[s-cars] Replaced heater blower fan - the new fan vibrates.....why?

This black plastic sleeve is a mystery to me.  I replaced my blower about a
month ago and neither the old nor the new unit had it.  The new blower had a
balancing clip on a blower fin.  The old one didn't, but I would think this
is variable on a unit-by-unit basis.  Just for reference, my old unit had
Bosch 0 130 111 162 stamped on the motor.  The new one was also Bosch but I
didn't write down the number.  I plugged in the wire and tested mine while
the heater box was still propped-up.
