[s-cars] Replaced heater blower fan - the new fan vibrates.....why?

Well I am not too concerned about the plastic sleeve...I should have
tested mine before bolting everything backdown...bummer.
I beleive my fan is out of balance, you say yours had a balancing clip
on it? hmm mine didnt have any, makes me wonder.
I guess I'll find out after I swap the fans again.
