[s-cars] Excellent experience with a parts supplier!

I have purchased a few items from Adirondack Auto Brokers, Inc. and I
have been very happy with their parts, prices, and most importantly
customer service. I have outlined my experiences with them below,
please reead.

I purchased TWO sets of rotors from two different flaps, and ended up
with two different incorrect sets of rotors. The guy at the FLAPS seem
grumpy and expected me to come up with some magical number so he could
figure out what he had done wrong.

During my investigation I called at talked to Mark at Adirondack. I
explained my difficulty and he not only told me what rotors I should
have, offered up a better price than the FLAPS, but also told me what
the rotors were they sold me (for an european spec S6). Very friendly
and informative customer service, I ordered the rotors from them.

You may have read that I replaced my blower motor and it was causing a
vibration. Well I purchased the first blower motor from Adirondack they
had it shipped the same day and delivered to me the next day! Their
knowledge/information and customer service is great.

I called them back when I discovered the blower motor was vibrating and
they immediately volunteered to ship out a replacement and a call tag
to have it picked up by UPS.  They did not charge anything to my credit
card, until the call tag arrives I have two blower motors and have only
paid for one! On a previous order I had purchased front brake rotors,
UPS was supposed to deliver them by Friday but they didn't get there
until Monday. Bear in mind this was competely out of their control,
they still insisted on refunding the shipping costs.

Bottom line is they know their stuff, and back up the sale with
friendly customer service.
