[s-cars] timing belt on ebay Questions

I've read on this list that the guy selling timing belt kits on Ebay is reputable, so I am probably going to buy from him.
His kit does include (as opposed to blau) a serp. belt, but no tensioner.  It also does NOT include the lower crank seal.
Now the questions:

1. Should I look into purchasing the seal elswhere or has anyone got it from him.  Should I skip replacement?

2. Should I also look into the serp. belt tensioner?  Skip?

3. Any tools in the Doylestown PA area for rent.  I will most likely get them from Blau.

I know a few of you have dealt with this guy, any feedback appreciated.
