This is available from TPC or Blau or even the dealer, its cheap and if
you have the seal puller, its very easy to re/re.

Depends on your mileage. Its one of those items that nice to do, but not
mandatory. Having said that I did mine at 120,000 km. Try Blau or TPC.

Or try Force 5 too.


If his kit doesn't include it, I'd recommend doing the thermostat, water
pump and tensioner too.
