Paul:

Looks good, but the crankseal is not very hard IF you have the special
seal puller and installer which is available in the rental kit. Besides,
it cheap and the seal is only exposed when you remove the pulley and
this is not something you want to do just because it leaking. If its in
your budget, I'd recommend doing the serpentine belt tensioner as well.
