[s-cars] wastegate adjustment questions

No, I was a bad scientist and did both before going for a drive....:-) I was
under the impression that the o2 sensor wouldnt make me see more boost(5psi
more) and if anything, it would make the car run a bit smoother. I should
probably turn the wg back and see how much of a difference there really is
but....hmm...i dont know about that, it's running so great now....:-)
