[s-cars] wastegate adjustment questions

I hate to be a doomsayer, but are you sure you haven't torn your WG
diaphragm? I'm fairly certain that I tore mine that way. Mine was stuck to
the little center cup and tore when it spun around with the nut.
Just a thought, and I hope I'm wrong.
PS - not hitting the overboost cutoff?
