[s-cars] Wheel Bearing Noise?

My experience with wheel bearings leads me to believe that this is not a
wheel bearing problem. A wheel bearing noise is usually more of a humming
noise that gets louder as you put load on the offending bearing. At highway
speed, making a left had sweeping turn would load the right side. If a deep
humming noise appeared I would suspect the right wheel bearing. The humming
is of low frequency, so it is helpful to try sweeping turns in both
directions too see when the noise gets worse.

Your description is more of a rumbling, which I associate with a CV joint.
Get under there and see if the left outer boot is torn, also look for grease
splatter on the inside of the wheel. Check the inner one as well. I guess
its possible for the grease to just dry out, but usually the boot rips, the
grease splatters....
