The only way to bleed the system is with a pressure bleeder such as the
Motive Pressure bleeder.  You need to seal the resevoir top and get 5 or 10 psi in
the system.  Otherwise you will pump away to no avail.
An assistant helper would be very useful. (Norwegian blond preferred;) at
least for today.
