The fuse looks OK. It also checks out as zero resistance with my
DMM. It's good.
And now that I have the ECU exposed I guess it's a good time to check out
the chips. I can't imagine them being at fault for the current problem,
though but I'll check to see that they are firmly in their sockets, etc.
