You can purchase the glass portion of the mirror from the dealer. There's a
trick to popping the old mirror glass off, and the new glass goes on nicely.
Do a google search to find the trick, I don't know it offhand...but with two
mirrors of my own (both left side) showing the same aging, I'll be figuring
it out soon :)
