[s-cars] HID Installation Writeup

Greeting listers,

I recently purchased and installed a HID upgrade from Eric at Supreme
Power Parts via the Group Purchase.  It is different than the kit used
by Fred Munro in his excellent writeup on urs4.com as the kit I got has
standard ballasts which can draw upwards of 30 amps on initial power on.

The kit contains everything needed, and I used the alternator for power.
