I ran something VERY similar to this on an '89 200tq.  AFAIK, the car is
still running with that mod.  It worked beautifully when combined with the
zener/resistor overboost elimination technique.  Ran about 18 psig of boost
and it changed a fairly sedate sedan into a fire breathing
monster.  Yahoooo!!!!  :-)))

The electronics on the '89 were considerably simpler than those of the more
modern cars so YMMV.
