FWIW, the rumor on the Ford side is the new "Lightning" F150 will use an
intercooler that is cooled by the freon flowing through the
airconditioner lines instead of a separate water tank ... surely tapped
into the low pressure side of things.  The thought is that the power
gained by an A/C cooled intercooler outweighs the loss of power from the
running A/C compressor.

Now if I can get one of those A/C intercoolers mounted between the stock
intercooler and the throttle body on the S6 ....
