[s-cars] Timing belt change - orig water pump

Hi all
I was looking through my records and it appears the fastidious previous
owner of my car replaced the timing belt at 55,000mi.  Job well done....
But - there is no record of the water pump having been done at that.
The car now has 90,000.
Should I be worried about that orig water pump failing and OUCH.?
Why the water pump was not done is beyond me.
Will the water pump survive till 120K when the next timing belt is due?
