  Mike certainly addressed my point...

Bank, reservoir, storage... call it what you like, is the key issue. Any=
refrigeration system that can store, any water system capable of significa=
nt storage, etc... can outperform air to air for a limited duration. Both =
solutions would be (and are) great at the dragstrip. Bottom line, however,=
is that for a street driven vehicle, it is difficult to challenge the size=
of the reservoir that surrounds us. Air! And, the vehicle doesn't have t=
o assume any "responsibility" for replenishing that reservoir.

ANY system incapable of storage, or that is performing its work while try=
ing to obtain full power, will result in a loss. I didn't look at INTRACOO=
LER II, but I certainly hope it doesn't suggest this is possible.
