Never had to deal with him but I've sent him the following email, not
because I wanted to buy it but rather because I wanted to know if the guy
knows what he's selling or not.... and his answer lies below my email:

Hello,
I am very interested in your chip offer but if you don't mind, I have a few
questions about the chips:
-who/which company programmed them exactly?
-what are the boost levels I should be seeing with the chips at 4000, 6000
and 7000 RPMs?
-what fuel are they meant for?
-is the altitude boost reduction failsafe feature still retained?
-what AFRs and EGTs should I expect with the chips after the turbine?
Thanks a lot for your answer in advance,
M.C from Europe

And the seller replied:
From: "German Parts Wholesale" <germanpartswholesale@***********.com>
Sorry, No Foreign Sales.
My conclusion? He chose the easy answer in order to avoid having to say
what he didn't know (like boost and advance possibly, and most likely EGTs
and AFRs). Another person I know has emailed him asking for details (dunno
which exactly though) and the seller has never replied.
Additionally, for the price he's selling the chipset, there's no way in
h*ll he could sell his own work, at least I would never sell my own chips
on Ebay at $179 and "buy it now" at $199, damn, I know how much efforts it
cost me to do them and I'd never do that. But this seller most likely
doesn't have a single clue what he's reselling, he may be reselling some
famous tuner's chips (like Ned's Stage 3? who knows?) but he may also
resell crappy chips he's bought off of German Ebay where there are some
real dangerous chipsets for sale!
So one word: BEWARE!
HTH,
Mihnea
