[s-cars] Front license plate holder?

I just got a beautiful 93 S4 and unfortunately have to put a NH license
plate on the front.  Does anyone have any advice?  It doesn't look like
there is any simple way other than drilling through the bumper and maybe
using a 3-4" screw with some type of wing nut?  Is it simple to drill
through that upper area of bumper?  Any help would be appreciated.
