[s-cars] Front license plate holder?

Don't drill, get a crapload of 3m double sided heavy
duty tape from home depot.  You can always remove
plate with heat gun and goo gone and have a clean
bumper look, but drilling holes requires
fiberglass/bondo work and a respray, your call.
