If it opens under vacuum and closes under pressure it should work the same as
the stock bosch.
An interesting shop story... Working on a wild S car (full RS2 battle dress
+ 6spd), chasing intermittent high end boost/rpm problems. Mucho diagnostic
and chip changes, hardware changes... For S&G I replaced BPV with stock bosch,
no problems. It came down to one of those high tech aluminum housinged bypass
valves was deforming from turbo heat, causing the valve to stick open on
occasion when car got hot. I suspect further, that a simple relocate of these
valves to a cooler location would avoid a lot of heat related failures

Hi all,
I received my new bypass valve. I wanted to replace the stock one with
somethnig different. I went to the Dahlback Racing website a few weeks ago
and found some nice goodies on there. So I ordered the new bypass valve from
them. I got it last week and this thing is a monster! It is almost twice the
size of the stock one! Hopefully I will install it either today or tomorrow.
Will keep you guys posted!
