[s-cars] Front license plate holder?

I wouldn't.

There are some philips head screws (at least on my S6) just outboard my
license plate that hold on the lower grille. I'd fabricate a mount that uses
these screws or otherwise attaches to the lower grille (and something solid
behind it).

My S6, with a newish plate, is required to have 2 (and came predrilled). My
wife's A6, OTOH, with older plates, is only required to have 1. If we ever
get new plates for her car, I'll have to solve this problem.
