[s-cars] Front license plate holder?

Oh, big whoop.  I had  to have a front frame/plate added to the urq when in
Colorado and they had to drill the holes to mount it.  Took it off in
Louisiana and there are holes.  Big deal.  Had front plates on the S6's
coming in from out of state; took them off, some holes, BFD.  With all the
other things to get worked up about, bumper holes are so far down on my list
that I don't have the time.
