[s-cars] Front license plate holder?

Unfortunately  :-(, the BFD is that, for at least some of us in Colorado,
the license plate interferes with ... the HOLES? :-)  All that's left of the
original holes, is the belly button mark in the center.

If I recall correctly, I believe the stock aluminum reinforcement had
threaded mounting "zerts" already in the bumper.  I had to drill them out as
part of the modification for the FMIC mount, but I suppose they could have
been added later with the right tool.

~Louisiana and there are holes.  Big deal.  Had front plates on the S6's
~coming in from out of state; took them off, some holes, BFD.  With all the
~other things to get worked up about, bumper holes are so far down
~on my list
~that I don't have the time.
