[s-cars] Front license plate holder?

Front plates are quite an issue here in Colorado (fix-it ticket worthy).  I
believe in part because it's a state that has photo radar for revenue
generation.  At some stoplights here in Fort Collins and with a couple of
Blazers that float around town you might see a flash and get the ticket in
the mail.  At the stoplights they catch speeders and red-light runners so
radar is useless.  However, if you have radar to warn you the vans are easy
to avoid.  But it's all about the front license plate.

Oh, big whoop.  I had  to have a front frame/plate added to the urq when in
Colorado and they had to drill the holes to mount it.  Took it off in
Louisiana and there are holes.  Big deal.  Had front plates on the S6's
coming in from out of state; took them off, some holes, BFD.  With all the
other things to get worked up about, bumper holes are so far down on my list
that I don't have the time.
