Same here in front plate-less PA. I solved the problem by putting a
Russian licence plate on the front (standard Euro 400mm, white
field/black lettering in Latin alphabet).
Chris, there are several outfits on the net that would custom fabricate
a Euro plate for you. The ones that I see around me in PA are mostly
tourist German (with the red customs expiration patch), an occasional
British (yellow reflective plastic), Italian (short white) and Russian
(old style, in Cyrillic alphabet - DAMMIT I want that one so bad!)
