I've been thinking about the idea too but the problem is that that tiny fan
can't give enough airflow for even a 1.5liter engine, never mind a 2.2 or
more. On Ebay.de there used to be loads of them, presented as TÜV-free,
well, the idea is that TÜV approval is necessary and mandatory for any
engine upgrades that exceed a certain percentage (5-7% maybe?) and as this
stuff didn't need TÜV approval, it was quite obvious that it wasn't worth
the 20HP the seller was claiming. IMO, in some cases if not any such a crap
can even restrict flow and reduce HP!
