Taken from their site:

--------------------------------------
The eRAM produces less than ½ PSI, but also rids the system of about ½
PSI of vacuum caused by filter and inlet restriction. These two gains
give the eRAM its 1PSI supercharging performance results. The eRAM is
very efficient in moving lots of air flow (CFM) at small pressures,
where traditional turbo/superchargers are very good at
--------------------------------------

So actually with already good system maximum is about 0.5 psi, that is
about 0.035 bar. So it's about 3.5% maximum hp gain. And you have to
take of more than 1.5hp: 1 hp is needed by fan (45A 13.7V), alternator
efficiency is 60-70% and I think belt etc will consume some more.
