[s-cars] Noisy Stromung in the rain

I really think that the quality of the install is the key factor-
my mechanic had mentioned that the Stromung is a very tight fit on
both my car and another lister's S4, so I don't discount this factor.

Exhaust rubbing the driveshaft is possible.

My mechanic is very meticulous about stuff like this, so he tweaked it
just right, had to do the same with the Borla on the A4, so he's BTDT.
The Meineke near me that did the GenIII seemed pretty good as well- he
was in the middle of working on _two_ '67 Camaro RS convertibles with
a tight-fitting dual system in each, so I imagine he knew what he was
doing.
