Replace entire pedal with new one from your friendly dealer. ;^)
Yes, entire pedal (but easy to replace)... You undo the rubber grommet
attached to the end of the throttle cable, then undo the two circlips on
either end of the rotating box which is bolted to through back of the floor
with three or four nuts. Works good as new for another ten years, but will
ultimatelhy meet with the same demise.
