Haven't had this problem myself, but it sounds like your corner drains are clogged with pine needles or something similar and you need to clear them out.  An unfolded coat hanger probably won't be long enough, especially for the rears, so get some 12ga or 14ga romex, cut off a long enough section, and use one of the coated wires.  Or if you have an electricians wire snake you could try that but I don't know if they are small enough for the passageways you need to clear.  Push the wire through the drains until it comes out the other end.  The two front drains exit in the cowl area, and I believe the rears exit in the wheel wells.  May actually want to start from the exit points and go towards the sunroof as the clogs are probably close to the sunroof itself.  This way you won't have to push the stuff as far.
