[s-cars] Defective Nokian NRW

This is really weird. I just noticed a bubble on my wife's LF tire, also a
Nokian NRW (205/55 16).

I was planning on buying a matching replacement in the fall, guess I won't
be doing that...fortunately I have a matching spare, will get a WR as a new
spare...
