Again ... where is that extra 1 mm lift coming from on a stock AAN Cam ... 
you can grind them down ... but you can't add that 1 mm lift ... unless there is 
something I am missing ... the RS2 cam has a least an additional mm at the 
top of the CAM lobe over a stock AAN Cam.

I don't see how this is possible to get this back ... an RS2 profile without 
the 1 mm lift may be possible ... but not sure what this is buying you.
