[s-cars] Update- bucking under boost

gents,

as per Hap's advice, I backed down my boost (i have an adjustable wastegate 
screw) all the way. Now I don't have the violent bucking under high boost 
conditions, but I have a slight hesitation under high/max boost under load.

Suggestions????
