Mark - 
The ground on mine (wagon) was right in the vicinity
of the left (driver's)rear tailight.  It was a couple
of copper plated round wire terminals attached to a
stud on the body.  I think it might have actually been
on the rear fender- but right near the talight.  Maybe
the sedan is different?  I'll double check the
location on my car tonight.
