[s-cars] dash lights - fuse - gremlins

hey listers,

I have a dash board lighting/fuse problem.  I noticed another guy had the
same issue and I haven't found a solution yet.  the dash board lights went
out the other day so I checked the fuse and it was fried.  I replaced it
thinking it may be a bad fuse or just a gremlin or something.  not the case.
the fuse blew out again.  there must be a short or bad ground, I guess.  has
anyone else had this problem?  any thoughts, as always, greatly appreciated.
