[s-cars] Got a leak!

So I'm just back from 3 weeks in the UK and take a look at my S6. First thing, the remote won't work initially. Use the key in the door then remote works just fine. Weird.
Next look under car just in case it's leaked. At first I don't see the tell tale patch on the garage floor, but after taking it for a fill up [gas price low (cdn$72.6] and 3 cents off a litre for premium on Thursdays}, I see a very small patch of maybe 3 or 4 drops.
Friday morning I climb underneath to find oil drip has been directly under the middle rear securing screw for the sound baffle (belly pan cover). No oil on the exhaust, but a little on the chassis bar that crosses under the tranmission and some on the transmission housing.
Is this a transmission oil leak?
Also rear passenger side brake is binding. Fix the rear caliper parking brake (for third time) but this time notice a rubber seal that appears to be broken. Is this the end of the caliper? Is there a fix for this? Drivewire.com have a remanufactured caliper for US$104 plus $85 core charge.
Advice welcome.
Picked up a haxard warning triangle for the trunk whilst in UK.
Thanks
Tony
