Whoops! Just as I was about to turn in my brain had a little
recollection...

Okay, Brain Fried after being up for about 18 hrs. Just recalled. The
plate
holder in the back of the C4 is held on by two bolts that woule be BEHIND
said mounted license plate. Disregard the entire message below. To get to

the plate holder, you MUST remove the plate, thus, follow the other
lister's
suggestions. Sorry. WAY too tired when I wrothe this. (of course, if you 
knew exactly where the bolts were, and didn't intend to keep the plate,
I suppose you could drill the plate to gain access to the bolts, but I'd 
think a nibbing tool taken to the license plate holes to open them up
would be easier. Would, of course require some bending of the plate 
itself, but if you're not keeping it, who cares?).
