You can buy high pressure fuel line from any good auto parts store.  It
clamps onto metal fittings with a pair of special-made hose clamps designed
for each size of fuel line.  I'll bet the ends of the hose your pix
illustrated include some sort of barb that fits into the flexible hose.  So
all you'd need do is cut off the flex hose and find a compatible ID high
pressure hose.
