[s-cars] importing problem

 This might be an option if I didn't have to have a letter from Audi  stating 
the car complies with all US standards. I called them and they won't  give me 
the letter because of this and said I would need a registered importer  to 
carry out any work needing to be done to make the car comply. My thought is  
that if a registered importer gets ahold of the car he'll notice the engine is  
different and the front end is different with no 5mph bumpers.
