[s-cars] Thermostat

My thermostat is stuck open, and I was looking to get it changed ASAP as its starting to get cold finally.  I have the thermostat, but was wondering how difficult it is to install.  I don't yet have a repair manual.  Is it something I can do without one??  I can't see the location of it, so I'm assuming I have to take off the intake manifold and miscellaneous other parts to get to it...
