Taka, if we're lucky, Audi NA will come up with something to tempt you
back into the fold -- say an RS3? Until then, the STi should hold you
over. BTW, on my (late and wet) drive home from work tonight, I fell in
with a new VW R32. Not quite STi level of horsepower, but sounded very,
very nice and appeared to have some cojones. One of the mags called it
the "poor man's S4 V8" , and, as I was driving the neu S4, I think I
might agree.

My UrS4 has moved on to the step daughter's house, but I, too, continue
to lurk on the list. Six plus years of this stuff is hard to give up.
This group is constantly in need of oversight and guidance. I look at it
as community service, of a sort. :-)
