Haven't driven one, but have a co-worker with one, who is quite happy. 
Seems to be very much a 21st century interpretation of the UrS and is 
nicely outfitted and a relative bargain. Autoweek, Motorweek, or one of 
those TV car-zines (the one with Tommy Kendall) took it on the track and 
was relatively happy. Did note that it was basically a front wheel drive 
car that could distribute power to the rear, when the fronts lost 
traction. Not sure this would be all that noticeable in 90% of everyday 
driving.

Hate to lose another lister, though. What the hell do they discuss on a 
Volvo list anyway -- saunas, Swedish meatballs and massages?
