The Minhea group purchase is going well.  It looks like we made the 
cheaper price.  Wanted to post the final rules (below) and that we secured the cheaper price (see previous posts).  Anyone else who is interested, please contact Robert directly at: robert at s-cars.org

Final rules:

The sixth caveat finally came home.  We need a cut-off date for the GP.  It just can't go on forever.  Let's make it New Year's Day.

Caveat Number 7: Only one GP per year.
