Besides looks is there anything wrong with a 2000 2.7tt A6 with 6spd tranny?  Seems to be a chip and a couple suspension mods away from a faster more realiable ride the ours (well, those of us who drive urs-cars).  After "trolling" autotrader and the likes, I've seen some fine examples(<50,000mi) selling for <$16,000.  What am I missing?  There are also quite a few 4.2s going for the same price/similar mileage.
