[s-cars] Suspension Upgrade

Hey Evan,

As familiar as I am with those most excellent Maine roads, may I also
recommend replacing the strut mount bearings and bump stops? As good a time
as any to do this, since the suspension will already be apart. From the
*Hitler's Revenge* file, be sure to check your rear control arms, ball
joints, bushings, etc.

HTH,
Jim

Subject: [s-cars] Suspension Upgrade

S-Fiends,

Well, I think the time has come to take another slide down the slippery
slope. My rear passenger quarter is doing a lot of
"thunka-thunka-clunka-clunka" over bumps so it's time to take the plunge and
get a sport suspension.

I've been looking at ECS Tuning and they have a package with H&R Sport
Springs & Bilstein Sport Shocks for $769.95. I also need to purchase the
camber plates to correct the alignment for $239.95.

I guess I have several questions about this upgrade. Is this all that I
need? Has anyone had good luck with a setup like this, or would you
recommend something else? Finally, is this a good price or is it possible
to put less money into Miss Piggy Bank for these parts?

Thanks for your wisdom and insanity!

Evan
