[s-cars] Suspension Upgrade

Hey Jim,

Good idea, I'm sure it's going to be a fun time to be had by all once
we get it apart and see what's really going on in there.  It's gotten
progressively worse sounding the colder it gets.  I'd love to
optimistically think it's just the struts, but I really doubt it.
