[s-cars] heated seats (part numbers)

I pulled my receipts and these numbers agree with what I have.  I received
the bottom element first by mistake which is why I have both numbers.  Just
shy of 3 years ago the list for the bottom element was $131 and I paid $111.
The backrest element list was $118 and I paid $110.  Doesn't seem to me now
like it was all that great a discout.
