Really depends on what your gonna do with the table saw.
If I was in the need of a good table saw the ONLY one I would look at would 
be the Delta UniSaw. It has (IMHO) the BEST rip fence assy anywhere.
But this was all years ago, and since I'm not into carpentry 
(professionally) anymore things may have changed. I guess the point is, find 
what the intended use is to be.
If it is to rip panels down to size you may want to pony  for a saw with a 
scoring blade in it as well. The rip fence and bed surfaces are what is the 
most important, followed closely by the way the blade is mounted and driven.
