[s-cars] 191,250 mile service...kinda funny

I would do a compression check on it and if everything's fine, just
leave it alone and let it eat some oil.  Might be a valve guide or a
ring or something.  As long as it's not blowing blue smoke and it's a
street car, leave it be.
